If you've already landed a job through NCPL, your referral bonus can be used towards future marketing, bootcamp, or other NCPL services — or transferred to someone else.
If you're not enrolling right now, you can transfer your referral bonus to another candidate. Here's how:

The bonus is transferable — email ram@ncplconsulting.net with the recipient's full name, email, and phone number. A referral code will be generated upon verification. Note: transferred bonuses are reduced by 50%.
There is no limit on how many friends you can refer. Each successful referral earns a bonus.
The referred candidate must mention the referrer's full name, email, and phone number during enrollment or submit it from their My Account page.
If a person who has already joined a program refers someone, the bonus can be adjusted towards their bootcamp fee or final payment — whichever they prefer.
Referral bonus can only be claimed upon submission of the referral details from the candidate's My Account page.
This referral program is effective from 15th March 2026. Referrals made before this date are not eligible.
If a candidate opts to redeem the referral bonus towards bootcamp fees or final payment, but does not complete the bootcamp or does not stay until receiving a job offer, the bonus redemption is forfeited. It cannot be transferred, refunded, or adjusted in any other way.
This referral program does not apply to family members or spouses.
Referral bonus cannot be encashed or withdrawn as money.
Referral will not qualify if the referrer's name is not mentioned during the enrollment process.
