Payment must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD) through our approved payment methods. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) where required. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to Toronto, Ontario, in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Ontario), or through the courts of Ontario.
