2.1 Full Refund Period

You may request a full refund within 60 days from the date of approving the refund if:

You have not completed more than 25% of the course content
You have not downloaded or accessed any course materials, certificates, or resources
The course has not started (for scheduled courses with fixed start dates)

3. Currency and Processing

All refunds are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If your original payment was made in a different currency, the refund amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations. Processing fees charged by payment processors or financial institutions are non-refundable.
